Return Policy

There is 4 days Return after Order Deliver. Customers may request a exchange within 4 days from the date of delivery if Only Product damaged and they have Unboxing Video to claim.

Return or exchange is applicable only on selected products, as mentioned on the respective product page.

Requests raised after the 10-day return period will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are permitted only before the product is shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

Customers must contact us immediately after placing the order to request a cancellation.

Return / Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact

  • Products returned without original packaging or tags will not be accepted

Exchange Process

If pickup service is available at the customer’s location, it will be arranged.

If pickup service is not available, customers may be required to self-ship the product to our designated address.

Exchange-related charges, if any, may apply on a case-to-case basis.

Refund Policy

There are No refund policy. Once the returned product is received and delivered and if You received damage product then you only request for a exchange but with a Video claim.
